The firm is seeking an Estate Planning & Elder Law Attorney with at least one year of relevant experience to join its growing team. Responsibilities Meet with clients to evaluate their estate planning and elder law needs. Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives. Advise clients regarding Medicaid planning, asset protection, and long-term care planning strategies. Assist clients with VA benefits planning and related elder law matters. Handle probate and trust administration matters as needed. Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout the planning process. Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to deliver outstanding legal representation. Stay current on changes in estate planning and elder law legislation. Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in Georgia, or ability to obtain admission promptly. Minimum of 1 year of experience practicing estate planning, elder law, probate, or a related practice area. Experience drafting estate planning documents and advising clients on estate planning strategies. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
