Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our high volume law office. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage in a diverse range of legal practice areas, including real estate, estate planning, family law and probate. The Associate Attorney will play a vital role in providing high-quality legal counsel, conducting research, preparing court motions , drafting contracts and estate planning documents. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong legal advocacy skills, excellent communication abilities, strong writing skills and a proactive approach to case management. This position is designed for motivated legal professionals eager to develop their expertise across multiple practice areas while contributing meaningfully to client success. Duties Draft legal documents including contracts, motions, pleadings, and discovery requests with precision and clarity. Conduct thorough legal research utilizing Westlaw to support case strategies across various practice areas. Manage legal case files efficiently using Smokeball case management software; ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Engage in client communication by providing clear updates on case progress and legal options while maintaining professionalism. Assist in procedural law compliance by reviewing statutes and regulations relevant to each case type. Support litigation efforts through trial preparation activities such as organizing exhibits, preparing witness lists, and developing case strategies. Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases involving probate and estate planning, real estate and all types of family law. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction. Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce clear and persuasive legal documents. Demonstrated ability to conduct effective negotiations and advocate confidently in court settings. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently under tight deadlines. Effective communicator capable of liaising professionally with clients, colleagues, courts, and external stakeholders. Pay:
$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
