We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Wealth Advisor to join our dynamic team in Columbia, MD. As an Advisor with Composition Wealth, you will be provided with : A dedicated support ecosystem including estate strategy, investment management, client service, and compliance administration. A comprehensive, modular planning process baked into the digital client experience. Access to best-of-breed technology and an open architecture structure of services and products. Professionally developed marketing, business development, and succession planning resources. Direct equity participation in the firm's collective growth. Desired Skills and Experience Bachelor's or Master's Degree Series 65 required CFP required or ability to obtain within one year of hire A portable book of business is required Proven track record of developing business successfully through traditional and digital channels 5+ years of industry experience in a client-facing role working with high-net-worth individuals Strong compliance record Highly motivated, with an affinity towards a self-starting work environment, and a sense of humor Most importantly, we are looking for an advisor who is ambitious, passionate about their work, has a great attitude, and wants to be part of a team culture that values everyone's contribution.
