Job Description

Patrick & Associates, PLLC is looking for another experienced full-time attorney to assist with contested and uncontested matters at our Southfield office. Patrick & Associates is Michigan's trusted probate authority and we need your help to keep building. We are a dynamic, client-focused firm dedicated to providing high quality legal services in both contested and uncontested probate administration, trust and estate matters, guardianships, and conservatorships. Key Responsibilities Court & Clients:
Manage and otherwise handle probate litigation, estate/trust administration, and other contested matters.
Drafting:
Pleadings, petitions, motions, etc.
Team work:
Collaborate with senior attorneys, other associates, and support while managing independent matters.
Minimum Requirements Practice:
2-5+ years of relevant experience (probate, trusts, estates, or litigation strongly preferred)
Communication Skills:
Communication skills are crucial for interacting with clients, witnesses, and third parties in this fast paced environment.
Organizational Skills:
Maintaining accurate records and keeping files organized is essential as you assist in your own matters and the matters of the attorneys you will be assisting.
Meticulous:
Close attention to detail is key to all aspects of success in this position (and all others) at our firm.

An ongoing dedication to personal responsibility, personal accountability, and the ability to independently prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively is necessary for continued employment at the firm. Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$100,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
