This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your litigation skills, engage in diverse legal matters, and contribute to impactful case strategies. You will work closely with experienced attorneys, gaining hands-on experience in legal research, motion preparation, client communication, and courtroom procedures. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive legal research using LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case strategies across various practice areas including general litigation and personal injury. Assist in drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, contracts, and discovery requests with precision and clarity. Support attorneys in case management tasks, including organizing case files, maintaining documentation, and tracking deadlines. Prepare for hearings and trials by reviewing procedural law requirements and assisting with evidence collection. Participate in client interviews and meetings to gather relevant information and provide updates on case progress. Collaborate with team members on settlement negotiations and dispute resolution efforts. Attend court proceedings to observe litigation processes and gain practical courtroom experience. Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school; admission to the state bar is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level candidates. Demonstrated knowledge of procedural law, statutory research, and legal writing techniques. Familiarity with legal research tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw. Strong writing skills with the ability to draft clear and concise legal documents. Excellent research skills combined with attention to detail and organizational abilities. Effective communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration. Prior law office experience or internships involving legal motion preparation and legal administrative tasks is advantageous but not required. Qualifications Biliangual in Korean or Chinese Must be able to work in the U.S. lawfully
