$150,000•200,000 + Bonus Overview A growing and highly respected plaintiff-side personal injury law firm, is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join their team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated advocate who is passionate about helping injured individuals obtain the compensation and justice they deserve. The ideal candidate is a strong negotiator, confident litigator, and compassionate counselor who can effectively manage cases from intake through resolution. You'll work alongside a collaborative legal team that is committed to delivering exceptional client service and achieving outstanding results. What You'll Do Manage a personal injury caseload from pre-litigation through settlement or trial
Conduct case evaluations and develop winning legal strategies
Maintain strong client relationships and provide guidance throughout the legal process
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement demands
Take and defend depositions
Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
Collaborate with medical experts, investigators, and other professionals to build strong cases
Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and court appearances
Prepare cases for trial and serve as lead or supporting trial counsel when necessary What We're Looking For Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Active license and good standing with the applicable state bar
Proven experience handling plaintiff-side personal injury matters
Strong knowledge of personal injury litigation, civil procedure, and insurance claims
Experience with case management from intake through resolution
Excellent negotiation, advocacy, and courtroom skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
Client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Trial experience or significant litigation experience
Demonstrated success securing favorable settlements and verdicts
Experience handling motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, catastrophic injury, or related matters
