Position Overview We are seeking a New York-licensed attorney with experience in real estate transactions, title review, and closings to join our expanding practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, coupled with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities Manage an active caseload of real estate and transactional files Review title reports and resolve related issues efficiently and accurately Attend closings and represent clients with professionalism and diligence Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and settlement documents Identify and execute title curative strategies Communicate effectively with clients, courts, title companies, and opposing counsel Apply strategic thinking and creative problem-solving to achieve client objectives Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with firm and client standards What You Bring Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Admission to practice law in New York (in good standing) Experience reviewing title and attending closings Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency with legal software, technology, and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
