Job Description

Our client, a leading healthcare technology organization, is seeking a Counsel II to join their team. As a Counsel II, you will be part of the Legal department supporting the North America Commercial Contracts team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong negotiation skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to legal challenges, which will align successfully in the organization.

$72.12 What's the Job? Negotiate, draft, and review a variety of commercial agreements, including master agreements, amendments, statements of work, and confidentiality agreements. Partner with internal teams such as Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure contracts align with company policies and strategic goals. Provide clear legal guidance and interpretation of contractual terms to internal stakeholders. Manage workflow to ensure timely and accurate completion of legal documents. Maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external clients to facilitate effective contract negotiations and compliance. What's Needed? J.D. degree and membership in good standing with a state bar. Minimum of 5 years of experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial contracts. Experience working as in-house counsel, particularly with technology transactions and SaaS offerings. Strong business acumen and the ability to interpret legal and business terms effectively.
