Job Description

Overview Our expanding law firm is seeking a full-time Associate Attorney to join our Workers' Compensation Defense and Defense Base Act (DBA) practice group at our Houston-area office located in Friendswood. Applicants should be licensed to practice law in the state of Texas and have two to three years of experience handling Defense Base Act matters. This role will be a mixture of litigation and non-litigation responsibilities on a bustling federal workers' compensation docket. In-person work is required. Some hybrid remote work is possible once fully onboarded and having demonstrated quality work product and strong work ethic. The role requires occasional travel, up to approximately 20% of the time.
Salary:
Full Time starting salary range is $110,000 - $125,000, plus discretionary annual bonuses, and profit-sharing potential.
