Key Responsibilities:

Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, contracts, and legal correspondence Conduct legal research and develop case strategy Attend hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials Handle real estate, construction, and business-related disputes Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel Work independently while collaborating with the legal team Only apply if interested in litigation

Qualifications:

Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar Minimum 3+ years of litigation experience preferred Experience in real estate, construction, or business law strongly preferred Comfortable appearing in court and handling litigation matters independently Strong legal writing, analytical, and communication skills Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple matters efficiently Tech-savvy and comfortable using legal software and systems
