Civil Litigation Attorney - Construction Law Applicant Requirements To be considered for the position, all applicants must : Be a member of the Florida Bar in good standing Be able to commute to the office each workday (with some remote opportunities available) Be able to travel as required for court appearances, client meetings, mediations, and site inspections Possess strong analytical, research, writing, grammatical, and communication skills Position Responsibilities Manage both transactional and litigation matters Prepare and negotiate contracts and construction-related documents Prepare and enforce liens Conduct formal discovery Conduct and defend depositions Perform legal research and draft memoranda analyzing complex legal issues Draft and argue motions Attend hearings, mediations, and trials Work directly with clients and play an active role in strategy and case development Firm Culture & Growth Opportunities We foster a highly collaborative, supportive, and team-oriented environment , where associates work closely with attorneys and staff and gain direct exposure to clients and decision-making.
