Job Description
•Hybrid Motions Attorney•Grigor Law Group is seeking an experienced, highly organized Motions Attorney to join our Dream Team. The ideal candidate is a strong, persuasive writer who is smart, resourceful, deadline-driven, and experienced in New York personal injury litigation. Responsibilities include drafting and opposing summary judgment motions, liability and threshold motions, default motions, discovery motions, motions in limine, as well other court applications. The attorney must be able to review medical records, deposition testimony, expert reports, and extensive case files to identify the strongest legal and factual arguments. Candidates must be admitted in New York and have strong knowledge of the CPLR and New York motion practice.
