Description:

We are a growing, multi-state law firm seeking a Junior Attorney (0-3 years experience) to handle family law and civil litigation matters in Central Illinois (Bloomington, Champaign, Springfield). This is a primarily remote position, with in-person court appearances (typically 2-3 times per week) in your local area. This role is ideal for a junior attorney seeking hands-on experience, mentorship, and early courtroom exposure. Responsibilities:

Assist with and gradually take ownership of cases in family law and civil litigation Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents Attend court hearings with guidance and increasing independence Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff Manage cases with support from attorneys and staff

Qualifications:
