Key Responsibilities:

Manage civil litigation files from intake through resolution or trial. Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, discovery requests, and appellate briefs. Conduct and defend depositions, represent clients in hearings, arbitrations, and mediations. Communicate directly with commercial clients, business owners, and individuals.

Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in New Mexico (or eligible for immediate admission). 3 to 8 years of civil litigation experience (courtroom experience and deposition handling preferred). Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills with a proactive mindset.
