Job Description

Join our legal team as a Plaintiff Personal Injury Associate Attorney, where your expertise will directly impact clients seeking justice for personal injury claims. This role offers an exciting opportunity to handle a diverse caseload, from initial client consultations to trial preparation, in a fast-paced and supportive environment. You will leverage your strong legal research, negotiation, and litigation skills to advocate effectively for injured clients, ensuring their rights are protected and their cases are thoroughly prepared for success. Duties Manage a caseload of personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls Conduct comprehensive legal research using LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case strategies and stay current on relevant statutes and case law. Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and discovery requests with precision and clarity. Prepare for and participate in court depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations to advocate effectively on behalf of clients. Develop case strategies through thorough investigation, evidence collection, and analysis of liability issues related to personal injury law. Communicate clearly with clients regarding case progress, legal options, and settlement opportunities while maintaining compassionate client service. Collaborate with experts in fields such as accident reconstruction or medical evaluation to strengthen case positions. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with active admission to the state bar. 3 years of experience handling personal injury cases from inception through trial or settlement negotiations. Deposition experience Demonstrated ability in negotiation tactics and courtroom advocacy during depositions or trial preparation. Well-developed communication skills for effective client interaction and collaboration within the legal team. Pay:
$110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
