Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Texas and have 4+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience, including first-chair trial experience. Job Description Manage a plaintiff personal injury litigation caseload from lawsuit filing through final resolution. Serve as first-chair trial attorney in jury trials. Develop litigation strategies that maximize client recoveries. Draft demands, pleadings, motions, and discovery. Conduct and defend depositions. Represent clients at hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and trial. Negotiate with insurance carriers and opposing counsel. Evaluate liability, damages, and settlement opportunities. Build strong relationships with clients while providing exceptional legal representation. Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and litigation support staff. Qualifications Active Texas Bar license in good standing. 4+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience. Proven first-chair jury trial experience. Strong understanding of Texas Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence. Experience drafting demands, pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents. Excellent courtroom, negotiation, legal writing, and research skills. Spanish bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
