We are seeking a Senior Personal Injury Litigation Attorney with significant Texas plaintiff-side litigation experience to manage complex personal injury cases from initial filing through final verdict. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience , a strong work ethic, and proven first-chair trial experience. English/Spanish bilingual ability is preferred, but not required. Responsibilities Independently manage a litigation docket from the initial lawsuit filing through final resolution. Work closely with clients to understand the extent of their injuries and develop effective case strategies. Evaluate liability and damages with the goal of maximizing client compensation. Negotiate with insurance companies and opposing counsel. Serve as first-chair trial attorney , handling all phases of trial from jury selection through final verdict. Draft persuasive demand letters. Prepare and respond to complex pleadings and pre-trial motions. Take and defend depositions. Represent clients at court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences. Work alongside an experienced team of attorneys and dedicated support staff. Qualifications Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar . 5+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience . Demonstrated first-chair trial experience, including jury selection through final verdict. Experience drafting demands and preparing and responding to motions. Substantial knowledge of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence. Exceptional attention to detail. Strong legal writing, research, and communication skills. A highly motivated, aggressive, and client-focused work ethic.
