Up to GBP500 per day Inside IR35 We're supporting an organisation seeking an experienced Pay & Reward Business Partner to provide specialist reward expertise across compensation, salary structures, job evaluation and reward governance activities. This is a hands-on delivery role where you'll partner with senior stakeholders and People teams to ensure reward frameworks remain competitive, equitable and aligned to organisational objectives.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead job evaluation, role sizing and grading activity
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis
- Review pay structures, salary ranges and reward frameworks
- Support reward governance and pay review processes
- Provide reward analysis for recruitment, promotion and retention decisions
- Undertake gender pay gap, equal pay and pay equity analysis
- Deliver cost modelling and reward impact assessments
- Support organisational design and workforce change initiatives
- Produce reward papers and recommendations for senior stakeholders
- Improve reward processes, data quality and governance frameworks
Key Experience:
- Significant experience within Reward, Compensation & Benefits or Total Reward
- Strong job evaluation and grading experience
- Salary benchmarking and market pricing expertise
- Experience developing pay structures and reward frameworks
- Knowledge of reward governance, equal pay and pay transparency principles
- Strong analytical and Excel skills
- Ability to translate complex reward data into practical recommendations
- Experience supporting organisational change, restructures or workforce transformation
