This position will join a team of three attorneys representing clients before USCIS, ICE, CBP, EOIR, BIA, federal courts and the Department of State. The attorney will be expected to manage a high-volume of all types of immigration cases with an emphasis on family petitions, consular processing, waivers, removal defense, criminal immigration issues, juvenile cases, VAWA, U and T visas.

Requirements :

Admitted to practice law in the United States and in good standing 1-5 years of immigration law experience required Fluency in Spanish (written and oral) is strongly preferred (in lieu of Spanish ability, applicants with strong immigration litigation experience will be considered) Excellent writing, legal analysis, and oral presentation skills Ability to multitask and manage heavy case load Excellent organization and attention to detail Ability to meet strict deadlines Computer literacy Strong work ethic and ability to work independently Salary and Benefits Starting salary range for this position is $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year This position qualifies for a yearly bonus paid semi-annually 100% Employer Paid monthly premiums for medical, dental, vision & life insurance 401k Employer Match Paid Vacation, Sick and Holiday Time Paid malpractice insurance, state bar dues, professional membership fees, and continuing legal education courses.
