Position Description The Job:

Legal analysts perform a wide range of work at the firm.

Examples include:

Cite-checking and editing legal briefs and memoranda; Researching legal issues and performing due diligence under the supervision of our attorneys; Document production and review in ongoing litigation; Filing documents in federal and state courts; Monitoring developments in ongoing legal proceedings; and Word-processing, attorney scheduling, and other traditional legal office assignments.

The Rudnicki Firm is a fast-paced, growth-oriented law firm based in Oklahoma City. Our attorneys have over 100 years of combined litigation experience, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. The firm specializes in commercial litigation, personal injury defense, and in-house support for large and small companies. Our attorneys have decades of both "big firm" and in-house experience. This position specifically will require problem solving, the ability to juggle many tasks at once, and a strong work ethic paired with the ability to work as a team player.

The right Legal Analyst must:

Be an expert in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, & Adobe Acrobat. 2. Be able to learn new technology and software quickly and proficiently. 3. Be able to teach others new technology and software. 4. Possess 3+ years of litigation support experience (preference given to experience in both state and federal courts in a law firm setting.) Alternatively, experience as an assistant in a business setting will also be considered.
