Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:30

Why You'll Love This Opportunity Hybrid work schedule with 3 remote days per week Monday-Friday schedule with evenings and weekends free Quick onboarding and training Opportunity to convert to a permanent position Gain valuable experience within the insurance industry Work with a collaborative and supportive team What You'll Be Doing Prepare and organize insurance submission packages for underwriter review Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and required supporting information Enter, validate, and maintain data in business systems Process electronic documents and manage digital filing activities Support endorsement processing and documentation workflows Assist with correspondence, document management, and administrative tasks Support brokerage team projects and operational priorities Ensure compliance with company policies, data security standards, and regulatory requirements What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED required 3+ years of office, administrative, clerical, data entry, or related experience Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Insurance industry experience or exposure is preferred but not required
