Full Job Description Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal:

Our firm is searching for an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Paralegal to work 3 days a week on specific high-level personal injury cases. Will be responsible for approximately 10-15 cases that will require strict attention to detail. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, WordPerfect, Adobe, as well as related federal and state court filing systems (Alafile and CM/ECF). The firm utilizes FileVine as our client management software. Job duties include managing client relations, review and organizing medical records/bills, scheduling depositions, client meetings, responding to interrogatories and request for production, drafting pleadings, managing calendars, witness meetings, and trial prep. Pay commensurate with experience. Position is currently part-time, 3 days a week in the office , but may develop into full time dependent upon work performance. Pay is hourly. Must have substantial prior experience in Plaintiff's personal injury firms.
