Summary We're looking for a driven, proactive Legal Assistant to join our high-performing team in Monument, Colorado. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in supporting our attorneys and paralegals by managing legal documents, streamlining processes, and building positive client relationships. Key Responsibilities Support attorneys and legal staff in client meetings, such as taking notes, merging documents, creating online client portals, etc. Review and assembly of legal documents Provide administrative and general office support, including managing incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls, as well as handling filing, scanning, data entry, and related tasks Conduct legal research Organize, scan, and maintain client files in both physical and electronic formats Maintain client confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions Demonstrate dedication as a collaborative team member, providing support wherever needed to ensure the office operates efficiently Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and basic computer skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Professional, reliable, and client-service oriented

$40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
