Ryan Ryan Deluca LLP seeks an experienced paralegal to support a busy litigation practice. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Paralegals work closely with attorneys and communicate regularly with clients, medical providers, and other parties involved in active matters. Familiarity with the Connecticut legal system and a strong commitment to client service are essential. Requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail. Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, independently and as part of a team. Strong client-service orientation and a commitment to providing exceptional client care. Prior paralegal or legal experience in a personal injury and/or litigation practice is preferred.
