Real Estate Law Firm Paralegal / Real Estate Closer - Title Insurance Company We are a growing, high-volume title insurance company seeking an experienced bilingual Paralegal / Closer to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced real estate environment while providing exceptional service to clients, lenders, realtors, and attorneys.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and review closing documents for residential and/or commercial real estate transactions Coordinate closings with buyers, sellers, lenders, realtors, and attorneys Review title commitments, surveys, and payoff statements Clear title requirements and resolve title issues Manage files from contract to post-closing Ensure accuracy and compliance with all closing procedures and deadlines Disburse and balance closing funds as needed Provide excellent customer service and communication throughout the transaction process

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a paralegal, title processor, or real estate closer preferred Knowledge of title insurance and real estate closing procedures Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and title software systems preferred
