Our firm is a dedicated legal team committed to providing exceptional service to our clients. We value organization, accuracy, and attention to detail in our work. We are currently seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to contribute to the operation of our office.
Role Overview:
Ideal for experienced administrative applicants seeking a flexible part-time schedule, or entry-level candidates looking to gain experience in a law firm environment.
Responsibilities:
Front desk reception, client intake, and phone management Physical file organization, document scanning, and electronic filing Basic drafting and typing of legal correspondence using Microsoft Office & Adobe Data entry into law practice management software

Proficient with Windows OS, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Fast typing speed and strong digital file management skills Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn law firm procedures How to
