The ideal candidate must have at least 3 + of paralegal experience with strong emphasis in writing skills and be detail oriented, as well as have ability to handle all aspects of discovery, exercise sound judgment, think creatively, and work independently. Additional qualifications include the ability to prioritize work tasks, handle all aspects of discovery and be deadline oriented, communicative with co-workers in department, and familiar with state and federal litigation requirements. The candidate should also exhibit workplace professionalism, teamwork, and have the ability to multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure. Critical to success is attention to detail, follow-through, accuracy, communication and organization. Excellent grammar and proof-reading skills required. We are looking for applicants who thrive in a team environment. Experience in Word, Juris, Aderant Total Office (ATO), and e-Copy Pro (Nuance) a plus.
