Responsibilities include preparation of legal documents, answering discovery and document production, organizing medical records and specials summaries, trial preparation, file maintenance, online filing, scheduling depositions and court appearances. Qualified applicants must have 1-4 years of personal injury experience, knowledge of MS Office applications, and the ability to type accurately. Excellent oral and written communication skills to edit and proofread discovery responses, correspondence and legal documents. Strong organizational skills and a good work ethic are essential.
