In this role, you will provide comprehensive support in the preparation, review, and management of estate planning documents and related legal matters. Your expertise will ensure the efficient handling of client files, legal research, and document drafting, contributing to the delivery of exceptional estate planning services. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, a solid understanding of various legal areas including estate law, UCC law, and tribal law & regulations, and proficiency with legal technology systems. Duties Assist attorneys in drafting and reviewing estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives. Manage client files using document management systems like iManage and PCLaw to ensure accuracy and confidentiality. Conduct legal research across multiple areas including estate law, UCC law, tribal law & regulations, and procedural law to support case development. Coordinate with clients for interviews and gather necessary information for estate planning processes. Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scheduling appointments, and managing deadlines. Requirements Paralegal experience with a focus on estate planning or related legal fields such as family law, civil litigation support, or probate law. Demonstrated knowledge of estate planning procedures, UCC law, tribal regulations, patent law (if applicable), and general & commercial litigation. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Experience supporting attorneys in procedural law compliance and client communication. Strong attention to detail combined with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
