Looking for a paralegal who is willing to perform legal assistant duties and is capable of independently managing a case load on a team with an experienced attorney. Will involve both litigation and non-litigation tasks.
Responsibilities:
Assist with client communication. Handling and preparing discovery responses and requests. Draft litigation correspondence, arbitration, and trial documentation. Draft and file answers and other pleadings. Communicate with opposing counsel. Assist in arbitration preparation. Assist with trial preparation. The ideal person should have some insurance defense experience. Office located in Eden Prairie. This is a full time, in-person position.
