Temporary (3-6 months)Pay Rate:
$40-$45 per hour Key ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional client service through professional communication via phone, email, and video conference.Draft, revise, and proofread pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and other litigation-related documents.
Assist attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, including case preparation for mediations, arbitrations, depositions, and trial.
Manage, organize, and maintain electronic case files and support documentation.
Track court deadlines, scheduling orders, and attorney calendars to ensure timely filings and case progression.
Prepare and coordinate state and federal court filings, including electronic filings through New Jersey and federal court systems.
Communicate effectively with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and third-party vendors.
Maintain accuracy and organization within the firm's case management system.
Provide administrative and litigation support within a collaborative legal team environment.
