Job Description

Robert Half is seeking an experienced and highly organized Employment Law Litigation Paralegal to support a busy plaintiff-side employment litigation team. This full-time, onsite opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment and enjoys working closely with attorneys and clients on meaningful workplace rights matters. The successful candidate will have strong civil litigation experience, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering outstanding client service and litigation support.

Pay Rate:
$40-$45 per hour Key ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional client service through professional communication via phone, email, and video conference.

Draft, revise, and proofread pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and other litigation-related documents.

Assist attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, including case preparation for mediations, arbitrations, depositions, and trial.

Manage, organize, and maintain electronic case files and support documentation.

Track court deadlines, scheduling orders, and attorney calendars to ensure timely filings and case progression.

Prepare and coordinate state and federal court filings, including electronic filings through New Jersey and federal court systems.

Communicate effectively with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and third-party vendors.

Maintain accuracy and organization within the firm's case management system.

Provide administrative and litigation support within a collaborative legal team environment.
