Overview We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join our dedicated legal team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting personal injury cases from inception through resolution, ensuring efficient case management and client communication. This position requires a minimum of five years of relevant experience in personal injury law, demonstrating a strong understanding of the legal processes involved in injury claims. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional support to our attorneys and clients. Duties Assist attorneys in managing personal injury cases, including case intake, investigation, and documentation. Prepare and organize legal documents such as pleadings, discovery requests, and settlement agreements. Conduct detailed case research and gather evidence to support claims. Communicate effectively with clients, insurance companies, medical providers, and other parties involved in the case. Track case deadlines and ensure timely filing of all necessary documentation. Manage case files electronically and physically to maintain organized records. Assist with trial preparation, including witness coordination and exhibit organization. Monitor case progress and update attorneys regularly on developments. Ensure compliance with all legal procedures and confidentiality requirements. Skills Minimum of five years' experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal is required. Strong knowledge of personal injury law and litigation processes. Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Effective written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in legal software applications and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team. High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
