Creditors Right Paralegal

Key responsibilities will include: Draft legal documents in connection with litigation and creditor rights matters. Perform legal case management and monitor deadlines. Assists and support partners in litigation and creditors rights cases. Strong proof reading and editing skills. Filing pleadings, motions, and other court documents; Organizing and maintaining case files, exhibits and document productions; Communicating with clients, court personnel and counsel; Managing court deadlines and maintaining detailed calendaring systems; Assisting with electronic document management.

Qualifications:

Paralegal certificate or bachelor's degree preferred; Experience with e-filing systems; Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; Proficiency with Microsoft Office, case management software and legal research tools; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines; Team-oriented with a commitment to high-quality work product.

Salary range:

$50K - $65K annually, plus bonus potential tied to performance metrics. The above salary range is the good faith range for this position at the firm at the time of posting. Final determination of compensation will incorporate a number of factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience and qualifications.
