We are a fast paced Personal Injury Law Firm looking for someone with legal experience or a Paralegal Degree. Personal Injury knowledge is preferred.
RESPONSIBILITES
Draft and prepare pleadings for filing Service of Summons All aspects of scheduling Prepare all documents for arbitration/mediation Highly organized and self motivating Able to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast past environment Request for production Gather medical records and prepare medical summary itemizations Open/closing and maintaining files from start to finish Working for one attorney running a full caseload This is an excellent position for a motivated individual who is looking for a wonderful work environment and the opportunity to grow within the company.
