What You'll Be Doing:

Support attorneys throughout the litigation lifecycle from case inception through trial and appeal Prepare and file documents in federal and state courts, including managing e-filings and court deadlines Draft routine legal filings such as motions, notices, subpoenas, and related court documents Organize and manage case files, discovery materials, and document productions Assist with deposition preparation, trial exhibits, and litigation databases Conduct legal research and case retrieval through tools such as Lexis and Westlaw Provide trial support including courtroom technology setup and presentation coordination What You'll Need to

Be Considered:

Paralegal certificate 3+ years of experience supporting complex commercial litigation matters Exposure to personal injury defense or construction-related litigation Familiarity with eDiscovery workflows and document analysis Experience using Relativity for litigation document management Ability to travel occasionally in support of trial preparation Apply now!
