The ideal candidate will support attorneys across various practice areas, including estate planning, probate, and especially estate/trust litigation. This role requires strong organizational skills, legal research expertise, and experience with document management systems. The Paralegal will play a vital role in managing case files, conducting legal research, drafting documents, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient legal operations. Responsibilities Assist attorneys with case management Draft legal documents including wills, trusts, petitions, motions, pleadings, discovery requests, and correspondence with attention to accuracy and clarity. Review and organize legal documents for relevance and completeness; manage document review processes efficiently. Conduct client interviews and assist in the preparation of reports or summaries for attorneys. Provide executive administrative support including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, preparing reports, and handling correspondence with professionalism and confidentiality. Perform clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, transcribing recordings, data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records. Exhibit excellent phone etiquette while communicating with clients or external parties. Assist in project management tasks related to ongoing cases or firm initiatives. Requirements Proven paralegal experience with a strong background in our practice areas Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Excellent writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence. Attention to detail in proofreading and transcription tasks. Knowledge of legal administrative processes such as filing systems and document management systems. Effective interviewing skills for client interactions or witness statements. Ability to handle confidential information discreetly with professionalism. Strong clerical skills including data entry and administrative support functions. Excellent organizational skills complemented by effective phone etiquette and communication abilities.
