Duties Assist attorneys with case preparation by conducting legal research using Westlaw Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, contracts, memoranda, and correspondence with precision and clarity Manage case files through document review, organization in Google Drive, and proper filing procedures Support litigation processes by preparing discovery requests, summarizing depositions, and maintaining calendars Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion while maintaining compliance with procedural laws and regulations Coordinate project management tasks to ensure timely completion of legal assignments and case milestones Provide executive administrative support including scheduling appointments, managing communications, and handling data entry tasks Experience Proven paralegal experience supporting multiple practice areas such as civil litigation, estate planning, probate, and real estate law Strong knowledge of procedural law and familiarity with legal case management software like Westlaw and MyCase Demonstrated ability to perform detailed legal research and produce high-quality legal writing and drafting Experience handling civil litigation is highly desirable Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), document review tools, and electronic filing systems Exceptional communication skills for client interaction and collaboration with attorneys and staff Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially while maintaining professionalism at all times Join our team as a Paralegal if you are passionate about supporting impactful legal work through meticulous research, effective communication, and proactive project management.
