Position:
Candidate is an experienced litigation paralegal with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent service to clients. Ability to work well with co-workers and clients is a must. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in a litigation practice, preferably Family Law. To apply, .
Responsibilities:
  • Case management and customer service for clients
  • Managing attorney's calendars
  • Managing and maintaining prompt communication with clients, courts, and other attorneys
  • Assist attorneys in all aspects of litigation including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and trial preparation
  • Track deadlines and maintain organized digital files
  • Interact with clients in a professional and responsive manner
  • Track and record billable time
Qualifications:
A successful applicant has:
  • 3+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably Family Law
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of the litigation process through discovery and trial
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Accountability
  • Self-motivated
Organized Pay:
$24+ per hour,
DOE Benefits:
PTO, Paid Holidays & Health Benefits (eligible after a 60-day waiting period)
