•Continued coverage is possible.

Schedule:

15 hours per week, three hours per day Monday

•Friday. Specific daily hours to be determined. Additional hours offered on special occasions on an as-needed basis.

Job description:
Principle Duties:

Issue parking violations on Tufts' Grafton campus during regular business hours and during events when needed. Answer customer questions and provide information on Tufts' parking regulations and parking permit system. Monitor parking facility utilization and report occupancy to the Parking Management team.

Qualifications:

Ideal candidate will have some knowledge of Tufts' Grafton campus and parking regulations enforced by the university Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor when dealing with customer issues Attention to detail and ability to problem-solve and think on one's feet Highly communicative regarding challenges and issues as they arise Dependability and flexibility to adapt to changing responsibilities depending on the particulars of time of year and needs of the department Valid Driver's License Ability to walk and work on one's feet for extended periods
