Assistant Field Safety Manager Job Details Description Stellar is seeking an Assistant Field Safety Manager, to play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and well-being of all personnel on the job site. Your primary responsibility will be to implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. You will conduct regular safety audits, provide training sessions, and work closely with the project teams to foster a culture of safety. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential

Required Skills/Abilities:

Education/Experience:
High School Diploma or construction trade Minimum OSHA 30Experience with OSHA regulations and safety compliance
Travel Requirements:
Rotation between jobs. Initial focus will be on Gainesville, FL projects and development of individual under existing Stellar Safety employees. This role has potential requiring travel to other states as needed. Flexibility to travel on short notice for urgent business needs, to attend meetings, trainings, and events. Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance during business trips. Compliance with company travel policies and procedures. Ability to live remote away from home for extended periods of time
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit, stand, and walk for long periods of time. Ability to use a computer, phone, printer, scanner, and other office equipment. Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 25 pounds of files, documents, and materials.
