Join a General Contractor supporting the ground-up construction of a 1.9-million-square-foot Amazon distribution center in Melbourne, FL. This is an 18-month opportunity providing comprehensive construction safety oversight on a large-scale commercial/industrial project from active construction through later project phases. The project consists of a conventional structural steel building with tilt-up concrete construction and extensive MEP installation . The Construction Safety Manager will provide field safety leadership across multiple subcontractors and trades while supporting high-risk activities including steel erection, concrete operations, crane and rigging activities, elevated work, heavy equipment operations, and MEP construction. This role is ideal for an experienced GC safety professional who is comfortable managing safety across multiple trades simultaneously on a fast-paced, large-scale project. Required Qualifications Candidates must meet one of the following qualification paths: 4-Year Degree in Occupational Safety, EHS, Construction Safety, or related field OR BCSP Certification such as CHST, ASP, CSP, or equivalent designation
