About the Role As an EHS and Workforce Development Lead, you will spearhead initiatives to cultivate a culture of safety and operational excellence. You will play a pivotal role in mitigating workplace risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and designing comprehensive training programs that empower our team to perform at their best. Responsibilities Design and execute robust health and safety strategies to minimize workplace hazards and ensure full OSHA compliance. Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses to drive continuous improvement in safety performance. Facilitate employee-led safety committees to foster engagement and achieve world-class safety standards. Develop and maintain standardized onboarding processes, job-specific training matrices, and SOPs to enhance workforce competency. Analyze safety and training data to identify skill gaps and implement targeted improvement plans. Oversee the professional development and performance of safety coordination staff. Collaborate with engineering and leadership teams to integrate safety best practices into all operational projects. Qualifications Required Skills 5+ years of progressive experience in health and safety within a manufacturing or industrial setting. Demonstrated ability to influence organizational culture and motivate teams toward safety objectives. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously. Expertise in risk assessment, behavior-based safety programs, and regulatory compliance. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective training and stakeholder engagement. Preferred Skills Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Health, or a related field. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish. Proven track record of designing and auditing effective training programs.
