Available Industrial Contracting Safety Manager (Bilingual English-Spanish req) Description Our client, an industrial contractor for the agricultural and bio-fuel industries, is seeking a Safety Manager to lead workplace safety and health initiatives across the organization. You will serve as the primary safety resource and visit 8-12 active job sites per week. You will own OSHA compliance, conduct accident investigations, manage safety training and documentation, and promote a proactive safety culture. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, organized, knowledgeable of safety regulations, and comfortable working directly with employees and management. Industrial Contracting Safety Manager (Bilingual English-Spanish req) Responsibilities Provide guidance and direction in all areas of occupational safety and health requirements Lead and direct managers during accident and incident investigations Maintain OSHA records, safety documentation, SDS, training logs, and assessments Ensure required accident information is accurately recorded and reported, including interviews Lead new employee safety orientations, training, and required testing Develop, maintain, and improve company safety policies and procedures Conduct monthly safety meetings; communicate lessons learned from accidents/near misses Monitor employee safety training, forklift certifications, and required renewals for 70 employees Manage workplace drug and alcohol testing processes and required follow-up Maintain safety equipment inventory and order supplies as needed Issue and document written employee warnings in accordance with company policies Prepare required monthly/annual safety reports, including
