•Large aggregate producer in the Midwest, seeks an experienced Safety Manager to support aggregate operations.

Responsibilities:

Lead safety programs across multiple aggregate operations. Ensure compliance with MSHA and applicable state and federal regulations. Conduct site inspections, audits, training, and incident investigations. Manage

MSHA 46 / 48

training requirements. Work closely with operations leadership to identify hazards and implement corrective actions. Promote a strong, accountable safety culture throughout the organization.

Qualifications:

Five or more years of safety experience in aggregates or mining. Experience with sand and gravel and limestone operations. Strong knowledge of

MSHA 46 / 48

regulations and inspection procedures. Effective leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to travel regularly between operating locations.
