GENERAL DUTIES
The Manager of Safety Systems and Physical Security serves as the District's subject matter expert in physical security and safety systems. This role provides leadership in the design, implementation, management, and ongoing support of District-wide security infrastructure, working in close collaboration with District leadership, school administrators, and staff, as well as outside agencies including architectural, engineering, and construction partners. The Manager oversees system planning, vendor coordination, and technical troubleshooting to ensure a safe and secure environment for students, staff, and visitors.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or its equivalent Proficient oral and written communication skills in English Proficient in the use of computer and Internet based applications, including but not limited to email and systems applications Hold a valid Unarmed Security License through the Oregon Department of Public Safety Standards and Training (DPSST) or be able to obtain within 30 days Hold a valid Oregon driver's license Experience working with security systems including but not limited to; badge access, camera and intrusion alarm systems Experience with implementation and project management of security systems
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
