Microsoft Teams Full Job Description Summary:
Leads Safety Programs at Bonded Lightning Protection Systems, Ltd./allG Fabrication, ensuring compliance with company policy and government regulations. Responsible for documenting, coordinating and supporting Bonded in areas of safety, training documents, equipment, and site-specific safety plans. Will navigate jobsite safety portals including, but not limited to, Avetta and ISNetworld. Will work with Safety Manager and Project Coordination Manager on company safety policies, manual, inspections, insurance claims, jobsite analysis (JSA's) and other project safety related tasks.
Responsibilities:
Perform all duties and responsibilities according to the Mission and Core Values of the Company. Assist in overall safety programs for compliance to minimize risk and injuries. Assist in OSHA recordkeeping for Bonded and ensure compliance with all applicable government standards (OSHA 29 CFR 1926 and 1910, state and local regulations). Prepare JSA's, Site Specific Safety Plans and QC/QA Plans for job specific projects and any revisions of those for approval to obtain jobsite access. Assists in coordinating insurance/controlled insurance program requirements and safety related requirements for specific jobs. Handle safety/vendor qualification packets for projects and company approvals. Handle grading New-hire safety tests, generating achieved certifications, creating new-hire safety employee folders within Teams. Handle grading and/or monitoring progress of all other safety training/courses and filing continued education safety certifications. QC expired certifications and move to "Expired" folders. Manage/Complete Job site Safety portals such as Avetta, ISNetworld and others. Assist with safety equipment purchases and needs. Provides internal support for Regional/Division Managers, Foreman/Journeyman, Installation Crews, and Project Coordination. Communicate with the company personally, or through management team and other departments. Maintain relationships and clear communication with customers (safety managers, etc.) and outside vendors (safety manufacturers/suppliers). Support Safety Manager to create and communicate safety goals for Bonded to achieve. Meet and communicate with Project Coordination Manager & Safety Manager on a regular basis to update and review safety for each division/department, new processes, changes, ideas etc. Periodically perform Bonded job site visits to ensure safety protocols are being adhered to. Walk through the allG manufacturing plant with Safety Manager to train and develop safety awareness. Periodically attend Monday Morning Toolbox Talk Meetings in Bonded divisions. Requirements Pass a criminal background check & drug screen Valid Driver's license and clear MVR Possess excellent communication skills (oral and written) Fluent in English with ability to read and write Ability to prioritize multiple tasks Detail oriented Desire to grow with a company - career oriented Working knowledge of: Windows Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel & Teams), Electronic Plan software, Internet, Project Management software Degree in a safety related field, preferred Jobsite construction safety experience Supervisor experience, with strong leadership skills OSHA 510, preferred Approximately 25%
