Fire Sprinkler Technician Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Fire Sprinkler Technician/Fitter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, inspecting, and maintaining fire sprinkler systems in commercial and residential buildings.

Skills required for this position:

• Experience in performing annual inspections/ five year certifications on steel and C.P.V.C. wet fire sprinkler systems. Commercial required/ commercial & residential preferred.
• Experience in identifying deficiencies & repairs needed to bring wet fire sprinkler systems to California State Fire code.
• Experience completing inspection reports for wet fire sprinkler systems.
• Experience testing and inspecting fire hydrants.
• Experience in pipe fitting/installation projects.
• Must have fitters registration card.
• Experience in completing repairs/installations on underground fire sprinkler components
• Preferred experience (but not required) inspecting/testing dry fire sprinklers systems and dry fire hydrants.
• Preferred experience (but not required) inspecting/testing pre-action fire sprinkler systems.
• Must be team oriented in completing tasks.
• Must have basic knowledge of math and measurements to be applied to inspection reports.
• Must be thorough in note taking and information obtained from inspections.
