Bell Management is a property management company who offers a variety of housing in Missouri, Kansas, and Oklahoma. We are seeking a highly motivated cleaning specialist to perform general cleaning tasks. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable navigating a fast-paced, evolving environment. This position is 3-4 hours biweekly or as needed based on vacancies.

Responsibilities:

Cleaning community room Cleaning laundry room Cleaning vacant apartments Position requirements:

• Knowledge of basic cleaning required
• Understand, read and write to follow basic instructions, take direction from supervisors, respond to routine questions and communicate effectively with property manager.

Physical requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing
• Must be able to lift 20 pounds
• Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather
• Must be dependable and able to meet scheduling requirements
• Professional appearance and demeanor, required Other requirements: Pass a criminal background check Have reliable transportation

Pay:

From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 3.0 - 4.0 per week
