Industrial Electrician Industrial Maintenance Maintenance and Machinist - ESSENTIAL

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

(Primary duties include the following however other duties may apply.) Perform duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility's support equipment. Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service. Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting, and repair of production machines and support equipment. Read and interpret equipment manuals and schematics and follow work orders to perform required maintenance and service. Have the ability to prioritize and diagnose problems, locate and order replacement or repair parts, and test and make adjustments when or as needed. Perform and schedule regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities. Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties. Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision. Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas. Track and maintain records on all maintenance and repairs to machines and facility. Perform all other duties as assigned or needed. Click
