Job Description

The D&C HSE Specialist serves as the on-site safety expert, partnering with company and contractor leadership to ensure a safe and compliant work environment. This role is responsible for implementing safety programs, conducting hazard assessments, supporting regulatory compliance, investigating incidents, and promoting continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental performance. The ideal candidate will have direct experience supporting oil and gas drilling and completions operations and a strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety management systems. This position requires a minimum of 3-5 years of HSE experience supporting oil & gas drilling and completions operations. Candidates without direct oil & gas safety experience, OSHA knowledge, and incident investigation experience may not be considered. •

Minimum Qualifications (Required) Please apply only if you meet the following requirements: Minimum 3-5 years of HSE experience supporting oil & gas drilling and completions operations Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry safety standards Experience conducting: Hazard and risk assessments Safety audits and inspections Incident investigations and root cause analysis Regulatory compliance activities Ability to develop, implement, and enforce safety policies and procedures Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently in a field-based environment Key Responsibilities Health, Safety & Environmental Leadership Risk Assessment & Compliance Incident Investigation & Reporting Site Support & Communication
